- SPRAY/DIP PRETREATMENT
Conveyorised spray plant, auto/manual
dip pretreatments. Combined degrease phosphate,
zinc phosphate and chrome free systems.
Spray pre-treatment plant manufactured
in stainless steel housing modules and
assembled on site with simple bolted
joints.
Process tanks for each stage recirculate
the liquid with centrifugal pumping
system. The pumps feed CPVC standpipes
with each stage, each standpipe has
quick release couplers and easily adjustable
spray nozzle assemblies.
Entry and exit extract fans, maintenance
walkways, integral lighting and pump
mesh filters are incorporated into the
standard design.
- OVENS
Batch & conveyorised indirect/direct
gas fired and electric air recirculated
ovens for drying, stoving of paints and
curing of powders
Air recirculated ovens with modular
oven panel 'flat pack' design for ease
of site installation.
The principle of the convection oven
design is that internal air is recirculated
by a plug type circulation fan and heated
via a package burner mounted in a insulated
heater chamber.
The air is then circulated within the
oven by special designed distribution
ducting incorporating individual control
dampers.
Negative air seals at work entry and
exit minimise both the heat losses through
the openings and disturbance of the
product.
- INFRA RED OVENS
Infra red ovens for paints &
powders, as stand alone ovens or combination
of infra red and air recirc.
Radiant infra red used a pre heat zones
or stand alone ovens for the heating
of powder coated or wet painted products.
Pre heat zones are generally used to
jell powder before entering convections
ovens to minimise the cross contamination.
Stand alone ovens used for the simple
one dimensional thin gauge products.
- OVERHEAD CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
Overhead conveyor systems to
compliment range of pre-treatment and
ovens.
Finishing installations can be supplied
with overhead monorail conveyors with
capacities ranging from 15kg per pendant
tubular conveyors up to 'I' beam conveyors
with pendant capacities up to 400kg.
Power and Free systems can be incorporated
into plant layouts to give flexible
product loading and distribution with
the factory.
- CONTROL PANELS
Conventional and plc control
systems
Floor standing and wall mounted electrical
control panels for the range of finishing
plant. Options can include PLC/PC monitoring
systems, digital temperature display,
chart recorders and mimic panel displays.
- SPARES, SERVICE AND PLANT MODIFICATIONS
After sales spares and service
Spares supplied for the majority of
finishing plants including fans, burners,
pumps, replacement pre-treatment spray
pipes and nozzles.
Relocation and modification of existing
plant, including equipment not originally
supplied by td finishing.
