These types of processes give an improved salt-spray performance, approaching those of traditional zinc-phosphates. As well as exceeding those of general industrial iron phosphates.
Fully Welded Stainless-steel Tanks
td finishing manufacture all process tanks to the highest of specifications. Using thick-gauge stainless steel of the correct quality to suit each part of the chemicals in the process. Each tank is fully welded, treated and tested before despatch.
Each tank where required is provided with a suitable means of heating. Typically, both gas and electric heating is required at different stages within the system. This is provided via in-direct gas-fired stainless-steel immersion tube with ducting to atmosphere. Or chemical resistant stainless-steel electric elements. And where necessary suitable lip-mounted extraction is also provided.
Overhead Transporter System
A twin hoist system will be provided along with a structural-steel gantry. With a more than adequate SWL the system is also designed for variable speed operation and basket tilting to facilitate drainage.
Situated alongside the Gantry will be a personnel access platform, allowing the operator suitable visual confirmation during operation.
