td finishing is excited to announce the newest member of the team, Andrew Goodrick.
Andrew will be covering the North of England and Scotland in his role as Technical Sales Manager, and in his role will be working on projects from initial concept, proposal, through the design stage and finally to completion of installation.
Originally from County Durham but now living in Sheffield Andrew is an accomplished mechanical design engineer, having graduated with a Bachelors Engineering degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Since then he has gained over 10-years experience in the design and specification of finishing plant and associated equipment. He has experience on projects which include but are not limited to; Finishing Ovens, spray Pre-treatment plant, Paint drying ovens, Infrared Drying Ovens, Aerospace and AMS2750E applications as well as equipment for ATEX environments.
Having worked with clients including; GE, Dowty propellers, Teledyne, Trelleborg, GKN, and AWE Andrew has a broad industry knowledge and can assist with the solutions to a range of requirements including offshore, military, composites, aerospace and more.
After joining the company in May, Andrew is making great progress in his new role. We’re sure here at td that Andrew’s broad range of skills and experience in 2D/3D CAD design, project management and sales will prove effective in providing our customers with the effective, high-quality solutions they have come to expect from td finishing.
On a more personal note Andrew is a keen sportsman and enjoys hiking, running and swimming. He is currently training for a long-distance walk, and hoping to complete his first marathon next year. We know he is going to be a great addition to the team and look forward to him excelling in his new role.
